- laboratory analysis of petrophysical properties of rocks:
- determination of density, matrix density and porosity,
- Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR):
- determining the distribution of water saturation in the pore space of samples,
- T1-T2 correlation (maps), water/hydrocarbon saturation estimation,
- identifying the presence of organic matter (TOC),
- permeability determination (Coates or SDR model),
- assessment of electrical parameters (pore structure index m and wettability n),
- measurements of absolute permeability;

- determination of the content of natural radioactive elements: uranium, thorium, and potassium,

- lithological interpretation of the borehole profile, based on the core and cuttings analysis (XRF/XRD),
