U. of 2016, item 1966).
Item No. |
Construction product group |
|
Item 6 |
CHIMNEYS, FLUES AND SPECIFIC PRODUCTS |
Prefabricated chimneys (storey height elements), flue liners (elements or blocks), multi-shell chimney (elements or blocks), single walled chimneys blocks, kits of free standing chimneys and attached chimneys. |
Item 27 |
SPACE HEATING APPLIANCES |
Space heating appliances burning solid and liquid fuels. |
Item 28 |
PIPES, TANKS AND ANCILLARIES NOT IN CONTACT WITH WATER INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION |
Products for the transport/distribution/storage of liquid gas/fuel intended for the supply of building heating/cooling systems, from the external storage reservoir or the last pressure reduction unit of the network to the inlet of the heating/ cooling systems of the building: piping kits, pipes, fittings, tanks, leakage alarm systems and overfill prevention devices, fittings, adhesives, joints, joint sealings, gaskets, ducts and conduits for protection, pipe/duct supports, valves and taps, safety auxiliaries. |
National Technical Assessment is a documented, positive assessment of the performance of the essential characteristics of a construction product which – in accordance with the intended use – have an impact on the satisfaction of the essential requirements by the structures where the product will be applied.
In accordance with the National Technical Assessment, the manufacturer shall prepare a declaration of the performance of the construction product and marks it with a construction mark.
By 31 December 2016, Technical Approvals had been issued. Currently, though, they have been replaced by National Technical Assessments in the area indicated in the table.
A list of the current regulations for the Act on Construction Products:
- Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction of 17 November 2016 on national technical assessments (Dz. U. of 6 December 2016, item 1968)
