The primary responsibility of the reviewer is an objective evaluation of the text. All comments, evaluations and suggestions should be indicated clearly and supported by appropriate arguments. Criticism or remarks for personal reasons are unacceptable. Decision to publish is influenced only by the substantive content of the material submitted to the reviewer and its thematic consistency with the profile of the INiG - PIB Publishing House. In the review process, only the following criteria are taken into account:
- the originality of the work and its scientific character,
- compliance of the submitted manuscript with the thematic scope of INIG – PIB Publishing House,
- correctness of calculations and terminology used,
- correct verification of hypotheses and justification of applications.
Rights
1. The reviewer has the right of abstention at any stage of the work related to the performed task, reviewing the given specialist publication.
2. The reviewer has the right to choose the form of material delivery for review (paper printout, electronic version: editable file in * .doc, * .docx format or in * .pdf format). The Reviewer should inform the Editorial Board about the form chosen.

Obligations
1. The reviewer is obliged to inform the editors about abstention from reviewing a given specialist publication.
2. The reviewer is obliged to comply with the ethics policy of the Publishing House in the scope of his task.
