The Editor-in-chief or his deputy makes a preliminary verification of the scientific paper submitted for printing in terms of meeting the adequacy requirement for the scientific disciplines represented by this publishing series. If the manuscript does not meet these requirements, the author is asked to correct it or the work is rejected.
After being qualified for publication by the Editor-in-Chief or his deputy the given scientific work, i is forwarded to the appropriate thematic editor who selects two independent reviewers. Reviewers are chosen from among recognized authorities in a given field.
The editorial secretary, after contacting the reviewers and obtaining confirmations of readiness to carry out reviews of a given scientific work, directs the work to them.
The specialist receiving the proposals for the preparation of the review is obliged to assess their substantive competences and the possibility of making a review at a given time, and in case of doubts in this respect - to refuse to accept such a proposal.
